In Cortex, Security Certificates play a crucial role in ensuring data-in-transit security. These certificates are used to authenticate and establish secure connections between servers and clients, facilitating encrypted communication. This encryption is vital for protecting sensitive data as it moves across networks, preventing unauthorized access and ensuring data integrity.

You can utilize different certificates in different Source, Sink, Table, and Aggregation Nodes when creating Applications.

You can implement one Certificate per Node. If you need multiple Certificates for different Nodes, you have to create as amany nodes as your required Certificates.
