Current Costs

In the Current Costs Tab of the Organization Settings, you have a comprehensive view to monitor various financial aspects of your Cortex usage, including Free Trial credits, Pay-as-you-go costs, budget caps, and subscription details.

Free Trial

This section allows you to view the extent of your Free Trial and track any remaining credits, helping you understand how much of the trial you've utilized.

Pay-as-you-go

Here, you're provided with the current charges accrued by your Pay-as-you-go Runners for the ongoing billing cycle, which aligns with the current calendar month.

Select Billing Cycle: You have the option to review past usage by selecting different billing cycles.
Select Runner: You can also break down costs by individual Runners to assess their specific contributions to the total expense.

Spend Limits

This area offers the functionality to set either a Soft Budget Capor Hard Budget Cap for your Pay-as-you-go Runners, applying to the current billing cycle. This feature helps in managing and capping expenses to avoid surprises.

Monthly Subscription/Yearly Subscription with Monthly Limits

Displays detailed information about your organization's subscriptions, including Size, Start and Renewal Dates, Status, Discount received, and the Subtotal of your subscription costs.

Connected Runner and Applications: You can view which Runners and Applications are linked to each subscription, providing clarity on resource allocation.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscriptions, ensuring no new invoice is generated at the next renewal date, with a straightforward "Cancel Subscription" action.

For Cancelled Subscriptions, associated Donnected Runner and Running Applications will be functional until Subscription Renewal Date.

Subscription Statuses

Active: Indicates a subscription is currently active and scheduled for automatic renewal.
Stopped: Shows subscriptions have been halted due to unpaid dues, affecting the operation of associated Runners.
Cancelled: Reflects subscriptions that have been cancelled by the user; although not due for renewal, any linked Runners will continue to operate until the current subscription period ends.

This tab is designed to offer a detailed snapshot of your current financial engagement with Cortex, providing tools for effective cost management and planning.
