Organization Settings

The Organization Settings in Cortex serve as a central hub for managing various aspects of your Organization's profile and operations on the Selfuel Platform. Organizaton Settings consists of multiple Tabs as follows

• On General tab, you can modify your Organization's settings and Contact Information, specifying a Primary Contact and, optionally, a Financial Contact.

• Access Controls displays all users within your organization along with their assigned Roles. Cortex defines three user roles for authorization: Admin, Operator, and View-only (cf. User Roles and Privileges). Additionally, you can send invites to new users with their predefined roles directly from the Access Controls tab.

• Current Costs tab offers a comprehensive view of your organization's costs

  • Free Trial: Shows remaining credits available to your organization.

  • Pay-as-you-go: Displays the current month's accumulated costs and allows setting of Hard or Soft Budget Caps for Pay-as-you-go Runners.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Provides details on your Monthly Subscriptions, including the option to cancel them.

  • Yearly Subscriptions: Similarly, details about Yearly Subscriptions can be viewed and cancelled if necessary.

• Billing Addresses tab enables the creation of multiple billing addresses to support different payment plans.

• Payment Accounts allows for the creation of various payment accounts, offering options between Bank Transfer and Credit Card for transactions.

• At the Subscriptions tab you can order Monthly and/or Yearly Subscriptions for the required number of Runners.

• Pricing tab offers insight into current Pay-as-you-go rates and the discounted prices for Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions.

• Invoicing tab provides access to all generated invoices, displaying their status and offering download options for record-keeping and review.

Cortex's Organization Settings section is designed to provide a centralized and intuitive interface for managing all aspects of your organization's presence within the platform, from user roles and access to financial management and billing.
