General

Using the General Tab of the Organization Settings, you have the ability to modify the core settings and contact details of your organization.

Organization Settings

Here, you can update your Organization Name and Address as it appears to all users within the organization.

Organization Name is for internal identification and does not impact invoicing, as billing details are handled through designated Billing Addresses.

Contacts

Primary Contact

You can adjust the contact details for your organization's primary contact person.

Financial Contact

Additionally, there's an option to specify a separate Financial Contact or, for convenience, you can select a checkbox to designate the Primary Contact as the Financial Contact as well.

This setup ensures that your organization's profile and contact points are accurately represented and easily adjustable within Cortex, streamlining communication and billing processes.
