Subscriptions

In the Subscriptions Tab of the Organization Settings of Cortex, you can create orders for Subscriptions through a three-step process:

Select Subscription and Runner Types

Select the quantity and types of Runner Subscriptions you wish to order, with options for different sizes and either Monthly and/or Yearly terms.

• You can choose an any number of Runner Subscriptions in one Order.

• Proceed by clicking the Continue button at the bottom.

Review and Place Order

Specify a Billing Address and a Payment Account for the Order.

• You have the flexibility to either select from previously saved Billing Addresses and Payment Accounts or create new ones specifically for this order.

• Once a Business Address and Payment Account are set, finalize your order by clicking the Confirm button. A Back button is also available, allowing you to revise the subscription details if necessary.

Orders

Upon order confirmation, it will appear in the Subscriptions tab, entering the Order Approval Process. Detailed statuses of each order are visible, reflecting where each stands in the Approval Process.

Subscription Orders Approval Process

1. Pending Approval: The initial status post-order, triggering a review for confirmation. At this juncture, the Cortex team will contact you to confirm your Order details and to address any necessary legal or procedural verifications.

2. Waiting for Feedback:This status indicates that the Cortex team has reached out for additional information regarding your Order and is awaiting your response..

3. Pending Payment: Marks the waiting period for payment as subscriptions are prepaid and require commitment upfront.

4. Approved: Signifies completion of all steps, enabling the creation of Runners under the subscription. (cf. Create a Runner to Run Applications, #step-1-billing)

5. Cancelled: Occurs if there's no response from your end or if you opt for a different plan.

Creating New Orders

Additional orders can be placed by clicking the Create New Order button atop the Subscriptions Page, following the same steps outlined above.

This process ensures a structured approach to acquiring subscriptions, from selection through to approval, enhancing the management and scalability of your organization's resources in Cortex.
