In the Payment Accounts Tab of the Organization Settings, you're provided with a form to establish a new Payment Account, each identifiable by a unique name.
After you give your Payment Account an easily identifiable name, You must select a payment method, choosing between Bank Transfer and Credit Card.
Once the requisite information is entered, the Add Payment Account button facilitates the creation of your payment account.
The approval process for each new Payment Account involves three distinct stages:
Pending Approval: This initial status appears immediately after saving a new Payment Account. At this juncture, the Cortex team will contact you to confirm your payment details and to address any necessary legal or procedural verifications.
Waiting for Feedback: This status indicates that the Cortex team has reached out for additional information regarding your Payment Account and is awaiting your response.
Approved: Reaching this status confirms that your Payment Account has been verified and is now authorized for use, enabling you to proceed with purchasing Subscriptionsor start using Pay-as-you-go Runners. (cf. Create a Runner to Run Applications, )
